Job Title : Restaurant Shift
Supervisor
Description :
Assist the management team to manage a YUM Restaurant in accordance
with Company Policies and procedures with excellence on CHAMPS execution
with customer service, coaching, feedback and Control of production.
Effective manage allocated shifts to ensure achievement of sales,
operating efficiency and profitability targets, whilst ensuring
adherence to Company Policy and Procedures and Standards on Product,
admin, hygiene, maintenance, customer service and employee relations.
Responsibilities :
- Interaction with customers: receiving orders, processing sales,
Managing team and customer issues
- Training and motivating team members
- Preparation of products
- Maintain quality of product
- Monitoring service equipment
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Maintain inventory levels
- Recognitions and motivation efforts
- Labour scheduling, product projections and preparations necessary
Requirements :
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Grade 12
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Attendance a MUST
- Basic math skills
- Enthusiasm and willing to learn
- Team Player
- Commitment to customer satisfaction
- Have a strong work ethic
