Manager
Description :
This person will play a key role in the operation of our restaurants.
He will have the overall responsibility for directing the daily
operations of the restaurant, ensuring compliance with company standards
in all areas of operation, restaurant, customer relations team management,
financial.
Responsibilities :
- Effectively manage a YUM restaurant within the policies and
guidelines of the company
- Controls day-to-day operations by scheduling labour, ordering
food & Supplies and developing the restaurant team
- Controls Profit & Loss management, security procedures &
inventory
- Recruiting, interviewing and hiring of team members
- Ensures food quality and 100% customer satisfaction
- Has authority to hire and fire
- Recognitions and motivation efforts
- Labour scheduling, product projections and preparations
Requirements :
- Grade 12
- 2-4 years supervisory experience in a food service environment
- Basic Computer Literacy
- Basic Accounting, math & business skills
- Exceptional team building capability
- Good communication skills and strong interpersonal and conflict
- Resolution skills
- Dedication to provide exceptional customer service
