Job Title : Restaurant Manager
Description :
Assist the Restaurant General Manager in the overall management
of the restaurant in order to achieve employee P&L, customer
Profit & sales, targets and maintain restaurant operational
excellence in accordance with company policies and procedures through
team management. In the absence of the Restaurant General Management,
assume full responsibility and accountability of the day-to-day
running of the restaurant
Responsibilities :
- Maintain fast accurate service, positive client relations and
ensuring Products are consistent with company quality standards
- Ensure Occupational health and safety standards are met
- Assists in Profit & Loss management, inventory management,
labour
- Assist manager in recruiting, interviewing and hiring of team
members
- Ensures food quality and 100% customer satisfaction
- Maintain inventory levels
- Recognitions and motivation efforts
- Labour scheduling, product projections and preparations necessary
Requirements :
- Grade 12
- 1-2 years supervisory experience in a food service environment
- Basic Computer Literacy
- Basic Accounting, math & business skills
- Exceptional team building capability
- Good communication skills and strong interpersonal and conflict
- Resolution skills
- Dedication to provide exceptional customer service
